Richie opened Los Tres Amigos in the Pocono Mountains on October 1st, 2007. Inspired by his Manhattan upbringing and a passion for cooking, he crafted a menu around his mother's traditional Mexican family recipes, featuring dishes with mole poblano, chipotle, and salsa verde.
The restaurant quickly became a neighborhood favorite due to its freshly prepared, made-to-order food. Going beyond just Mexican cuisine, Richie expanded the menu to include a variety of Spanish dishes. By listening to customer feedback, Los Tres Amigos has evolved into a well-rounded restaurant that appeals to diverse Latino tastes.
