On October 1st, 2007, Richie established his first restaurant, Los Tres Amigos, in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He grew up in Manhattan's Lower East Side and used his family's recipes as inspiration for his newly discovered passion for cooking in his early twenties.

Some of his favorite menu items include excellent dishes prepared with traditional sauces influenced by his mother's Mexican background, such as mole poblano, chipotle, and salsa verde. All of the food is freshly prepared to order and has captured the hearts of many, making it a long-time neighborhood favorite! Richie goes above and beyond with his menu, incorporating a range of Spanish dishes rather than sticking to Mexican cuisine.

Los Tres Amigos has grown into a well-rounded restaurant that caters to the palates of people from various Latino backgrounds by adapting to the neighborhood and listening to suggestions and opinions. Our mission is to provide fresh food prepared to your specifications in a welcoming environment and ambiance for a pleasant lunch or dinner!
